Gol Pahari Mandir (Golpahari Mata Temple) in Jamshedpur: 🕉️ Overview & History of Gol Pahari Mandir:- Also known as Pahari Mata Mandir, it perches ~600 ft high in Parsudih, just east of the city’s main area  . Founded around 1900, by Ramdai Devi from UP, who dreamt of a stone idol on the hilltop. She found an idol with carved eyes and started worshipping it—later building the temple  . Unique feature: Only female priests have served since the founder, a tradition continuing today  . 🏞️ What to Expect of Gol Pahari Mandir:- 100–200 steps lead up to the hilltop shrine, offering sweeping panoramic views of Jamshedpur and the Tatanagar railway station  . The main temple is dedicated to the Pahari Mata, but the hill also houses shrines to Shiva, Hanuman, Shitala, Kali, Jagannath, Durga, and Ganesh  .
